Refund policy

Jewelry is to be worn and enjoyed!​

However if you purchased a piece of jewelry and it is not what you expected you can return it for a full refund (minus the shipping cost) or exchange it for something else.​

-Returns of unworn original condition jewelry must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

-Email isabella@isfjewels.com to request to a Return Authorization number (RA#)

-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and RA# must be written on the outside of the package

-Custom Design jewelry, personalized/engraved jewelry and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
